Custom Order Common Questions:

Are the scents different colours (e.g.. will a cranberry scented candle be red)?
 The scent has nothing to do with the colour of the candle. Though many people like to compliment the scent and the colour, they are not connected. If you want a coffee scented candle that is lime green, it's not a problem. Some scents do have a very slight colour to them, so the candle won't be white, but may be an off white, or light cream. This can be confirmed when ordered if it is a concern.

Do the custom designed candles have to be a light colour?
If a picture is going to be used, then the natural wax colour does work best. As white cannot be printed, the candle makes up the white portion of the design. If the design is text or graphics (without white in the design), then the candle can certainly be coloured.

Will the design on the surface of the candle be ruined when it is burned?
The candle is made so that it will burn down the centre, leaving the shell intact to glow. Burning instructions are provided with the candle so you can get the most out of it.

How long does it take to make custom candles?
Delivery times vary from 1 - 2 weeks depending on the order (custom designs do take longer to produce). The delivery date will be confirmed prior to accepting the order. If you need something done quickly for an event, rush orders may be possible for an additional charge.

How do I pay for my order, and how do I get it?
An invoice will be emailed, and payment through PayPal is preferred. I will also accept money orders (which must clear prior to shipping). Shipping costs (by Canada Post or UPS) will be quoted when the order is placed. As I am located in Brampton, pick up or delivery may also be arranged if you are in the GTA.
