Barely. The channel is slim, mounted tight under the soffit or along the fascia, and powder-coated to match your trim colour. Most visitors assume it's part of the roofline until you switch it on.
Most single-family homes are completed in one day. Larger properties, multiple elevations or added landscape zones can run into a second day — we'll tell you exactly which at the quote stage.
The system is built for it. Weather-resistant housings, sealed connections and mounting hardware rated for coastal BC conditions — the lights stay up and stay working year-round.
Very little. These are energy-efficient LEDs, and with scheduling you only run them when you want them. Compare that to buying disposable string lights and paying for installation every single December.
Ten years on both the product and the installation — parts and labour. If a component fails or something works loose within that window, we come back out.
Not for the install itself — but we do need about twenty minutes with you at the end to connect the system to your Wi-Fi, walk you through the app and build your first few scenes together.
